The Human Resources Applications Support responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the first response for the HR Applications helpdesk to assist associates with inquiries related to HR applications including, ADP’s HR and Payroll systems and assist in navigation for both Management and Employee Self Service (MSS / ESS). In addition, the position is responsible for supporting inquiries for payroll, benefits, personnel administration verifications of employment and unemployment claims. Additional support for HRIS Analysts and HR Analysts in the organization is also expected.

  • Researches, responds, and/or distributes all requests sent to the HR Applications helpdesk related to benefits, learning development, recruiting, payroll, time and leave, verification of employment.

  • Supports HR change management by assisting associates with new HR systems and processes.

  • Completes government agency verification of employment inquiries.

  • Compiles subpoena data per General Counsel requests.

  • Serves as ADP system administrator.

  • Analyzes, tracks and reconciles Tuition Reimbursement Program.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Three years administrative experience.

  • Five years broad Human Resources experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ADP HR application experience.

  • 12 months experience in inbound call/service center.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Three years administrative experience.

  • Five years broad Human Resources experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ADP HR application experience.

  • 12 months experience in inbound call/service center.

  • Must possess good written and communication skills along with excellent organizational interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with others in a professional environment.

  • Must be able to use multiline telephone.

  • Should possess strong MS Office skills.

  • Familiarity with unemployment claims processing.

  • Technology oriented and be able to successfully manage multiple computer systems simultaneously.

  • Self-starter that must be task oriented with adherence to strict time based deliverables.

  • Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.

  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with full compliance with HIPAA and other compliance guidelines.

  • Must have experience with, and comprehension of, end to end human resources business processes.

  • Taleo experience preferred.

  • Oracle experience preferred.

  • Strong attendance record required.

  • Process documentation and process improvement skills preferred.

  • Good understanding of HR procedures and policies.

  • Problem solving abilities and presence of mind.

  • Responsible and customer focused.

  • Presentation skills with good coaching and persuasive abilities.
